Dior is in the Details

Have you seen the Dior Accessories presented at the Autumn-Winter 2013 RTW show?
They are are simply Gorgeous!

I love the shoes and the bag from the last photo and the earrings from the fourth. The shoes are so modern, architectural, but still classy... the bag and the earrings- definitely elegant.

Iconic Dresses

I guess that you are now familiar with my " Audrey Hepburn Obsession", but have I ever mentioned that besides writing I have this strong passion for visual arts? I started drawing when I was 2 and continued doing that until present. You may predict that I usually draw clothing( recently my mother has found a sketchbook of mine full of fashion sketches from when I was 5-6 to 7-8), but I also enjoy painting, especially in summer, when everything is calm, peaceful and colorful. This is a sketch that I made last summer; it contains the very well known outfits from Breakfast at Tiffany's ( the Givenchy dress especially), the beautiful white dress with black floral motifs from Sabrina, also designed by Hubert de Givenchy and the legendary ascot dress designed by Cecil Beaton for Miss Hepburn in My Fair Lady ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oeiIE-Ft_b8 ) and the wedding dress from the same movie ( the last two dresses are unfinished yet). I hope you will like my sketch.
